Brooke Reardon - Principal
Brooke has been working in the legal industry since 2002 and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology in 2007. Brooke was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008. Brooke is experienced in succession law and also has previous experience in a large personal injuries law firm as well as generalist practice including conveyancing and trusts.
Brooke is a proud Mother of four beautiful children who keep her busy. Outside of work hours Brooke loves reading, Netflix, a nice glass of wine, travelling, dreaming big and beach activities.

Kathy Zmijewski - General Manager
Kathy has completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Creative Writing at the University of Melbourne, a Post Graduate Degree in Public Relations at RMIT and most recently an Executive Master of Business Administration at RMIT. Kathy’s professional career spans more than 10 years and includes working in PR agencies and the legal industry specialising in business development, public relations and operations. With a keen interest in succession law, she is dedicated and passionate and ensures the firm’s clients are the prime focus.
Outside of work hours Kathy is an avid skier, loves being in the outdoors and going for dog walks with her white (and very fluffy) Samoyed.

Bianca Kagan - Lawyer
Bianca was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 2012. She worked across diverse commercial and litigation matters in her early career, including high volume work in Wills and Estates matters. She has been practicing exclusively in the area of Wills and Estates since 2016 and is focused on delivering quality outcomes for each individual client. She has a passion for succession law and her clients are what drives her practice.

Sheetal Deo - Consultant Lawyer
Sheetal is a consultant lawyer and Principal of Shakti Legal Solutions. She holds a Juris Doctor, Master of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Bond University (Gold Coast, Australia). Prior to commencing her legal studies in Australia, Sheetal completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and political science. Sheetal is experienced in succession law and has previous experience in traffic law, debt disputes, litigation, migration, property (residential and commercial), conveyancing, family and criminal law.
Sheetal speaks fluent English, Fijian-Hindi and Hindi. She also has basic language skills in Urdu, Punjabi and French.
Outside of work, Sheetal is the co-founder of Ethnic+, a not-for-profit association aimed at bridging gaps in awareness, education and understanding between culturally and linguistically diverse individuals from the rainbow community and their allies.

Brooke completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of Newcastle and was admitted to the legal profession in 2009. She holds a Master of Laws from the Australian National University. Brooke is experienced in legal drafting and has had a long interest in succession as an area of law that affects most people’s lives. She has a background in business, tax and government law. In addition to legal work, Brooke owns a small textiles business that focuses on fair trade, sustainability and artisanal skills.
Outside of work hours, Brooke likes being creative, travel, music, good stories, baking, animals, days in the sunshine and learning new things. She has two wonderful kids and is passionate about social justice.

Stacey Bell - Consultant Lawyer
Stacey has been practising since 2017, predominantly in succession law, after obtaining her Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University. Stacey's experience, along with her approachable nature, makes her relatable to her clients to provide a high level of service for her clients.

Alison Cameron-Edwards - Consultant Lawyer
Alison graduated from Flinders University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Arts, specialising in criminal justice and legal studies. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2004.
Alison’s career spans 13 plus years and includes working in the legal industry practising in a wide range of areas before finding her passion for succession law; and the communications sector, having set up her own business contracting as a Communications Assessor for an Australian wide company.
Alison’s empathetic and personable nature enables her to connect with her clients and she prides herself on providing an understanding and professional service.
Alison is a mother to two amazing and sporty children, has two dogs and one guinea pig. She has a passion for animal welfare having been involved in the inaugural Law Society of South Australia’s Animal Law Committee. Leslea has been helping clients in the areas of Military discipline, criminal, conveyancing, and succession law for over 25 years. She has worked in a range of customer service, personal assistant, and paralegal roles throughout that time. Leslea is very empathetic and dedicated and she is passionate in providing the best customer service experience to clients as possible.

Agalya Rajendra - Legal Assistant
Agalya has previously completed a Bachelor of Health Studies and is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) with a minor in Accountancy at the Queensland University of Technology. Agalya has previous work experience in creative industries, education and business.
Outside of work hours Agalya enjoys yoga, pilates, baking and spending time with her friends and family. Agalya is an avid reader with a keen interest in the classical works by Charles Dickens, Jane Austen, and the Brontë sisters. Brianna is currently in her fourth year of university studying a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice at Flinders University. For the past year, Brianna has also run her own beauty business and is a qualified Lash Technician.

Emilie Najdovski – Legal Assistant
Emilie is currently in her fifth year studying a double degree in Business and Law (Majoring in Economics) at the Queensland University of Technology. Emilie has experience managing a retail store where she has exceeded monthly growth goals, whilst acquiring key communication and customer service skills. Emilie is very passionate about travelling and has recently completed an exchange in Paris where she gained invaluable international perspective learning about economics and the law in a different jurisdiction. She is a huge advocate for the value of these international experiences and has been working to connect students with these opportunities through her role as a QUT Student Leader.

Karim Morgan - Legal Assistant
Karim is currently in his final year of university studying a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice at Flinders University. Karim has not held back on any opportunities to dive into extra-curricular activities or any other chances to interact with others in the legal profession in Adelaide. Being serious about pursuing a career as a Lawyer, Karim has steered clear of any detours, adamant to finish his law degree in order to get hands on in the field as soon as possible.
Outside of work hours Karim is a social butterfly who aims to be around his friends and family as much as possible. Turning to cycling for his dose of exercise, he also loves pushing himself and getting lost in the various tracks around him.

Kerrie-Lee Celano - Legal Assistant
Kerrie-Lee completed a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice in 2014 and is currently in the final semester of university studying a Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology. Kerrie-Lee has previously worked as a Business Analyst in a project management team, a Sales Coordinator and a Personal Assistant.

Louise Byrne - Legal Assistant
Louise is currently in her final year of university studying a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and Criminology at Flinders University. Louise has experience in a range of legal fields, having previously worked at Essential Beauty Australia’s Head Office in their legal team specialising in franchising and property law. She has also worked alongside a range of successful criminal defence Barristers at Len King Chambers in the past year and has had legal experience at the Flinders University Legal Advice Clinic early on in her legal/academic career.

Robert Cousins - Legal Assistant
Robert got his initial foot in the door of the music industry working for a small time record store. After graduating high school, he then went to pursue a music scholarship at the university of Adelaide in sound engineering. Due to complications he then shifted his studies to motorcycle mechanics and graduated receiving a Certificate II. Robert is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice at Flinders University. Along with his list of undertakings and passion for succession law, these are just a few of the reasons that we felt would make Robert a great fit for the firm.

Stefan Trajkovski - Legal Assistant
Stefan is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Queensland University of Technology, having previously studied a Bachelor of Economics/Commerce at the University of Queensland. He has worked in the hotel industry for over four years while studying full-time.

Zahra is currently in her third year of university studying a Bachelor of Laws and Business, majoring in Accounting at the Queensland University of Technology. Zahra is experienced in customer service, having worked in the fast food industry and education industry whilst studying.
